What if I get a bad review?
Despite the initial shock of a bad review, we believe we can all learn from customer experiences. Obviously if the feedback is genuine then we will make changes and improve the property or service next time around.
However there are times when the feedback maybe negative and not specfic to the host or service. I.e The weather was really bad 1 Star. In this instance we will re-approach the guest and ask for more specific reviews.
